Another exciting multi-family opportunity north of our home base.  This marked our first project with an out-of-state general contractor that is beginning to make its mark in the state of Florida.  Our scope was comprised of covering 260 residential units across 11 separate buildings as well as a 12th structure designed as the community's clubhouse.
