Plaza 300, Building 4

This unique project entailed repurposing a 6-story steel office building into 82 high-end, market-rate apartments. All living areas were covered with our light-filtering solar shade systems, whereas bedrooms and bathrooms received 2” faux wood blinds to offer residents higher degrees of privacy and lighting control via the tilting of the slats.
