A higher-end, 276-unit multi-family project in the heart of Fort Lauderdale, where Ownership decided to utilize a higher-than-average budget for the window treatment scope, and thereby cover all openings with our light-filtering and blackout solar shade systems (including fascia valances for a more finished appearance).  In addition to the residential units, we were also tasked with covering the clubhouse and amenity areas.
