This high-end assisted-living community is uniquely structured with 8 independent cottage buildings, along with a main, 3-story building comprised of independent-living, assisted-living, and memory-care areas. Our custom-made 2” faux wood blinds were installed throughout the 195 residential units, while our commercial-grade solar shade systems were used to cover all common areas and amenity spaces, such as the fitness center, lounges, theatre, dining rooms, elevator lobbies, and more.
