Arbor Creek

This beautiful new community, right off the famous Bruce B. Downs Boulevard in Tampa, is made up of six 3-story buildings, four 5-plex townhome structures, and a multi-amenity clubhouse. Due to a higher-than-expected budget, we were contracted to custom-fabricate 2” horizontal faux wood blinds, 3-1/2” PVC vertical blinds, and light-filtering solar shades. Ownership was ecstatic with the outcome throughout the 196 apartment units and amenity spaces!
